Hidden Heritage Gems - Heritage Open Days return for the 30th anniversary year from 6 -15 September.  Explore fascinating spaces, some not usually open to the public for free as part of England’s largest festival of history and culture. Remember, Remember the 5 of October – Well it might be early but Eastbourne Bonfire Society stages a colourful procession along the seafront with a giant bonfire and firework display as the finale.  Experience Torchlit Procession, Marching Bands and more! Details here.

Spooky Season – Celebrate spooky season at the Bandstand with party nights for adults and kids! The Zoots Halloween Party on 26 October, dressing up seriously encouraged! Early booking advised.

Beachy Head Marathon

Beachy Head Marathon – Is this the most scenic marathon in the UK? Beachy Head Marathon returns 26 October is one of the biggest off-road marathons in the UK followed on 27 October it’s the Half Marathon and 10k run. Formerly known as the Seven Sisters Marathon, and is popular for its scenic and challenging route through the South Downs countryside, details here.
