By Car...
Just 44 miles south of the M25, key approach roads are from M23, A27, A22 and the scenic A259 coastal route.
The Beachy Head Marathon start is by Bede's School - Duke's Drive, Eastbourne, East Sussex - BN20 7XL.
By Bus...
If you wish to travel by bus from town, then catch either the 3 or 3A from outside the London & County Pub (across from the train station). This will then take you up to Meads and drop you at the start of the South Downs Way, just 2 minutes from the event registration. These buses run approximatel every 15-20 minutes.
By Rail...
Southern Railway operates services from London Victoria. To avoid central London, pick up the service from Gatwick Airport or Haywards Heath. From Eastbourne Railway Station, the start is around a 30minute walk at the western end of the seafront, in Meads.
Car Parking
Please note there is no official car park for the Beachy Head Marathon & 10k. There is however free on street car park around the start of route on a first come first served distance from the registration marquee.
Check road signs for details regarding charges as along the seafront pay & display charges are introduced. The organisers cannot be held responsible for any charges incurred.
